The Things You Do In Secret: I Am Searching For The Cure

· Life and Musings

Literally nobody knows this, for I've never talked about it before.

Every now and then, I'd search on Google, "als cure" and read up on any latest news updates.

ALS, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis is the disease which took my dad.

It's not like I am super savvy in terms of human biology or anything like that. It's not like I can even do anything about it myself either.

But I just like to read up every now and then, hoping for some big news or at least some progress in what seems to be a slow and unending search for a cure.

I think all of us have our little secrets we tend to keep to ourselves. These secrets have no effect on ourselves or others.

But we hold dear to it anyway.

We have our curious little things.

Maybe that's why shouldn't judge each other. Maybe that's what makes us all beautiful.
