For mental health purposes and to be less pissed off, I started reading more physical books.
"What? Reading? For mental health? I thought you read to improve your language and knowledge."
No, I believe reading would improve my mind in every way
The point is, I don't think too much about what results I want to yield. I am not even saying I have to read self-help books.
I just know I want to read and nothing bad will come out of it.
So maybe your problems can be solved with a few, simple words. If it's not a crime, then only good will come out of it.
Wanna improve mental health? Read.
Wanna lose weight? Go for a walk.
Wanna be at peace? Put your phone aside for just 15 minutes a day.
Tired? Sleep.
Wanna learn how to draw? Draw something.
