The Story Behind ODL
I created this brand for a few reasons:
1) This is truly about mental health for dudes
It is my hope that when people see the ODL logo, they'd be reminded to:
- Stop. Listen to a friend today.
- Empathize with one another.
- Don't judge.
- Just help somebody today.
You never know what they may be going through. A simple listening ear could help tons.2) The instant you wear ODL, YOU become the ONE DUDE
You're empowered to do amazing shit and make a difference.
Why? Because you're honestly fucking awesome and fully capable of doing so.
I hope you know that.
This isn't just armour. These are superpowers bestowed upon you; superpowers that already exist in you.
3) I got your back
I don't know if you're feeling alone in this world right now. I don't know if you feel like you have nobody to talk to.
But know that if you put my shirt on your back, I got back your back, okay?
No, this isn't a cheesy idea I pulled out of my ass. I just want my clothes to serve as a reminder or represent ideas that can actually help people.
We are so triggered by bullshit everywhere today. I hope my clothes trigger something positive then.
